This page is intended to be a resource to assist managers and employees in accessing digital W-2 information.
W-2 Information
- Copytalk mails a physical W-2 to employees who have elected a physical W-2.
- Those who elect via the payroll portal to receive a digital W-2 will not have a physical W-2 printed or mailed to them.
- This is completed by the end of January of each year.
- W-2s are mailed to each employee's address of record.

To register, follow the below:
- Your "Company ID" depends on the location you performed work at.
- For those working for a FL company, your Company ID is CBSF.
- For those working for a GA company, your Company ID is CBSG.
- Enter ZIP code for the address of record when you worked for the company.
- If you have issues accessing the portal, please contact Peter Kathmeyer at peter.kathmeyer@copytalk.com.
- If you did not have an account when you were an active employee, you may be unable to register. In this case, please contact Peter Kathmeyer at peter.kathmeyer@copytalk.com to request a digital W-2.
Need To Update Your Address Of Record?
Your address of record is what is printed on your paycheck, paystub, and/or W-2 (for those who elect a physical copy).
- Current employees: Visit your "My Info" page on the Scribe Scheduler page.
- Prior employees: Send an e-mail to your office's e-mail address requesting to change your address.
How To Retrieve W-2s From The Payroll Portal
Once you're signed up for the Payroll Portal, you can access all of your prior W-2 forms for each year in the Pay History section. If you are unsure of how to find them, follow these instructions.
First, log in and find the "Pay History" at the top menu.
On the Pay History page, click the "Tax Forms" tab.
Scroll down the page, and at the bottom right there should be a "View Tax Forms" button.
- If you wish to go paperless and receive your W-2 forms by e-mail rather than in physical paper form, you will see that this section also includes the electronic authorization on the right. Click the "Enroll" button to sign up for electronic delivery.
You should then have access to a list of all of your W-2 forms.
If you do not see this list or it does not show up for you, the payroll company will have to retrieve the W-2 documents for you. Contact Peter Kathmeyer at peter.kathmeyer@copytalk.com or your management team for assistance.
