Bookmark/None A general guideline is 3 bookmarks per 1 minute of audio is a good candidate for a QA send.
Improper Send Any jobs containing a bookmark in the subject are a mandatory QA send
Improper Send Any jobs containing questionable/vulgar content are a mandatory QA send
Improper Send A QA send should have either a large amount of bookmarks or some other issue or mandatory reason
Improper Send Jobs directed to Copytalk (that sound directed at customer service) should be sent to QA
Improper Send No significant issues were found so a QA send was not necessary
Recipient All recipients must match 100% exact to the name/s listed in the recipient list
Sentence Structure Capitalize and punctuate bullet points like regular sentences
Sentence Structure Break up run-on sentences where possible with best judgement
Standards If customer dictates date in numerical format, we use slashes as a default (ex. 6/6/2016)
Standards We do not use quotation marks or parentheses unless specified by the customer.
Standards Numbers 10 and higher should be transcribed as numerals (10, 11, 12…)
Standards If a string of numbers are in the same phrase and are a mix of above/below 10, either spell out OR use numerical values for both numbers.
