If you need to leave any Question Mark [?] bookmarks, please CTRL+F and replace them with [unclear] before sending the job. It's important to use the QM bookmark first though, so you can still pinpoint the marker in the job. 

If the speaker makes an obvious error that you can fix without restructuring the whole sentence, do so. However, if there’s a chance you could accidentally change the meaning of the sentence in the process, do not implement the correction. 

Spell out all numbers from one to ten, but use numerals for all numbers over ten. Spell out casual, non-emphatic numbers, e.g. “He gave me hundreds of reasons.” For numerals having over four digits, use a comma, e.g. 50,000. Use numerals when referring to technical and athletic terms, e.g. “He scored 3 goals”.

Not only listen, but also watch the video carefully. On screen information may be crucial to your understanding of the context. PPTX presentations in webinars, for example, may contain proper spelling and capitalization of product names, speakers’ surnames, etc.
