Note that when adjusting due dates, the customer / job type will still dictate where it lands in the queue. Example, if a client needs to update a job from Standard TAT to 2-day TAT, adjusting the date is only half the battle. The billing will ALSO need to be changed to reflect the respective upgrade to the 2-day account for that customer.
A job may still need to be Rushed just once via CTScribes in order to move it to top of the queue. This will ensure that it rises to the top of the pile, and any scribes eligible to receive work will see this job first.
Note that using the Rush function once will expedite the job for eligible scribes. However, using the Rush function twice will override ANY queue restrictions and allow blocked scribes to see the work. A job can also be Unrushed.
